"Arrived damaged even though the box looked fine!!"
I was disappointed when I opened the box!! The packaging looked totally fine, but the part itself was scratched up, bent, and one of the tabs was cracked. Definitely not what I expected from a brand-new part.

Showed up fine and the parts were what I needed, but shipping took longer than I expected. Wasn’t awful or anything, just kind of slow, and tracking barely updated for a few days. If you’re not in a hurry, probably fine. I needed the part sooner though, so overall it was just average for me

I ordered a few parts for my Honda, and as far as I could tell, everything matched what I selected on the site. The part numbers looked right and the fit ended up being correct, which was what I was most nervous about. Shipping wasn’t exactly fast, but it wasn’t terrible either. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience, and I’d probably use them again.

The part itself was priced okay, but once the shipping cost was added, it just didn’t feel worth it anymore. What’s the point of a decent price if the shipping makes the total too high?

I looked up a few Honda parts here, but the prices were higher than what I found on some other sites. The shipping cost didn’t really help either, and that part was weird because it made the overall total feel even less worth it. Not a terrible site, just not very competitive in my experience.

"Order canceled last minute and no one took responsibility"
My order got canceled after they had already taken the payment, and I barely got any notice about it. The refund also took longer than I expected, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. What bothered me most was that nobody seemed to take ownership of the issue, everyone just passed it along or gave vague answers instead of actually helping.

I’ve been happy with this stock so far. It feels solid, does what I need it to do, and seems like a decent value for the price (which is always a plus). Nothing too fancy, but it gets the job done.

i had a good experience ordering from hondapartsnow. i wasn’t 100% sure i had picked the right part, so i sent them a message and they got back to me quickly with a clear answer. they also kept me posted once it shipped, so there wasn’t any guessing or random delay. overall it was simple, easy, and i’d use them again.

"Found the parts, but the site was frustrating"
I was looking for a few Honda parts and, the site actually got frustrating to use. The layout feels kind of outdated, and it took more clicking around than I expected just to find the right stuff. The search results weren’t super clear either, so I kept having to double-check if a part actually fit my car. A few pages loaded slowly too, which didn’t help. I did find what I needed in the end, but the website could definitely be easier to use. Not really a smooth shopping experience

"Return Was Easier Than Expected"
I ended up having to return a part because, i ordered the wrong one. That was on me, not them. I sent it back and figured the refund would probably take forever, because that’s usually how these things go. But to be fair, it actually showed up just a few days after they received the item. I didn’t have to keep emailing or chasing anyone down either. Smooth experience overall, and I’d use Honda Parts Now again.

"Damage claim was handled, just not very quickly"
The part arrived with a broken corner, which was a bit frustrating. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but I sent over the photos and started the damage claim like they asked. The first response took longer than I thought it would, and I did have to follow up once, so that part was kind of annoying.
To be fair, they did approve the claim and sent out a replacement, so it worked out in the end. I just wish the whole thing had been a little quicker and maybe explained more clearly. I guess I’d say it wasn’t awful, but I wouldn’t call it a great experience either...

My card got declined the first time at checkout, which was a little annoying, but it worked fine when I tried again. I reached out to support and they basically said it can happen sometimes and to give it another go, so that was accurate in my case. Not a huge deal in the end.

"Fitment Checker Was Off"
I ordered a trim piece because the site said it would fit my Accord, but when it arrived, it didn’t line up the way it should have. The return process was fine, but it was still frustrating having to pay for shipping and wait around for something that wasn’t my mistake. It’s not the worst experience ever, but I expected at least an apology since the fitment info was wrong. I’m definitely not as confident in the fitment checker now.

When the package showed up, I was a little worried before I even opened it. The box looked like it had been through a lot, and the tape was barely holding it shut. I half expected something to be missing when I opened it. Thankfully, the parts themselves were okay and did the job, but the packaging definitely needs some improvement. A little more care with sealing the box would have made the whole experience feel a lot better.
