"Worst than bad"
Ordered rear brake shoes, They sent 1 shoe- that is the way they sell them. Tried to return the part, what a problem. Wanted pictures, a return form after approval. Sent part back with tracking, they received the part, never sent a refund, no email, nothing.Called them, they said they would email me back either way, never did. Waiting now 3 weeks.

"Terrible customer service"
Terrible customer service. They sent me the wrong part number and refused to accept a return or exchange. Take your business somewhere else.

"Be careful dealing with them"
Honda Parts Now is a drop shipper, meaning that they arrange with dealers to ship their orders to customers. Most of the parts that they sell cannot be returned. The part that I ordered came in a box with another part number on it, and I didn't receive the correct part. They would not accept a return or issue a credit. Because of this, I cannot recommend them, and I will not use them again. Incorrect shipments happen in business all the time. If they can't correct them, then judge for yourself their customer service.

"Honda parts now charges high shipping…"
Honda parts now charges high shipping fees and takes absolutely nothing back. I purchased 6 clips worth almost $5.00 a piece and did not need them as they were already attached to the other piece I ordered. I was unable to return them as they accept no returns on items under $8.00. Prety much whatever you get from them your stuck with so buyer beware

"Only order from them if you have patience"
I ordered two items from them for a total $137. Found out the cheaper item was missing. So I chatted with them about the situation, just for them to tell me they'll let me know what will happen to my missing item within 2-3 days. Does not give me a choice of refunding or resending the missing item while I'm chatting with them. Next day, they sent me an email that they have refunded me without reasons why. So I called them and they told me the item was not in stock. I can't believe this. What a waste of time!

"Read Facebook reviews before ordering"
Read Facebook reviews before ordering, I wish I had. Ordered a black leather seat replacement cover and when received it it was gray. When I contacted them about exchanging it, they denied my request. Now I have a $430 Gracie cover that I cannot use. This company is unwilling to do any refunds or exchanges, and they constantly ship out the wrong part

"Horrible, horrible - refused refund for order not shipped"
Ordered parts, never shipped. I asked for a refund and they refused. I asked to cancel the order and they refused. They shipped the parts THREE WEEKS later after I bought it elsewhere and refused to take it back without paying for shipping both ways, restocking fee which was half the price of the order!

"Avoid this company at all costs"
Avoid this company at all costs. Placed an order. Received an email stating part was not available and order was cancelled. Sourced part from a different supplier. 2 days later I receive an email stating part is now shipped. Called and advised them that because of the email I received that I sourced the part from a different supplier. I was told that there was nothing they could do as the part has already been shipped. Was told I could return it, but I would have to pay for shipping. This company is GARBAGE.

"I own a 2014 Honda Crosstour Unhappy Customer"
I own a 2014 Honda Crosstour. I purchased 2 different driver's door Actuators. There was 2 parts that was listed to fit my vehicle. So I ordered both parts.I used one and it worked.I then attempted to send the second part back. This part was still in the original sealed bag, and was unused. They sent an email and advised me that if the part was still sealed that they could make an exception in sending it back. Several days later Honda parts now sent me another email saying they would not take the part back for a refund. On their website they have all these 5 star reviews. There is no way on their web site to give a negative review. One Unhappy Retired Customer with Customer Service.

"Ordered 2 different times from this…"
Ordered 2 different times from this company. The first part went as expected, no problem.

The second time I ordered through them I payed an extra fee for expedited overnight shipping. It took over 6 weeks to get the part.

After a few business days I contacted them but they were not much help. I ended up having to order from another site. I had a few more communications trying to cancel the order and get a refund after it was apparent the part was not going to show up to no avail. They place an RMA (whatever that is) on the order the last time I talked to someone a couple weeks ago they were going to have a manager look into it, filed another RMA i believe. crickets. haven't heard from anyone.

6+ weeks later the part arrived and now I am still fighting to get a refund for this part I no longer need because of their fault.

Shop elsewhere for sure.

"Don't Bother Wasting Your Time/Money"
Ordered 5 parts from Honda Parts Now, it took about 6 days to process and ship. When the parts finally arrived, only 3 were in the box - 1 one of which we didn't order. I contacted customer service and they told me their claims department would email me. That never happened so I called again. I was instructed to take pictures of the parts received with the parts number. Only one item I received had a visible parts number on it. Its been over two weeks and I have not heard anything back. About to file a claim with my bank for being shorted $100 in parts.

Yeah... DON'T BOTHER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Ordered a part for my 2020 Honda Fit - got here, expected it to be the one I needed, wasn't. Unfortunately the part was wrapped up nice and neat - super protected - so had to open it to find out it was the wrong part. Didn't install, didn't ruin packaging, and tried to return - NOPE! Wouldn't even CONSIDER taking the pristine / new part back. Warning - not worth the headache.

"TERRIBLE COMPANY"
TERRIBLE COMPANY! Ordered a part that suppose to be shipped in 1-3 days, they took over 3 weeks just to send me email & requesting additional $160 for shipping. Company took my $1050 order and not refunding nor shipping the item. Ridiculous! Will be filing dispute with credit card! Order CHL13499
